At Suspension Engineering, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance fashion. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Securely pack your items and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our workshop inspects the garments for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
